Go Beyond Earth button

I just noticed a "Go Beyond Earth" button when I won a science victory in BNW. But it doesn't do anything. Is this supposed to be a connection to the new Civ game of the same name?

It was added with the Halloween patch. I haven't tried clicking on the button but I thought it was supposed to take you to the Steam App Store if you have steam online. So if you did have steam online, that may be good news towards there being another patch.
