[R&F] Golden Age - Wrong Side Combat Bonus - 1.0.0.220 (Not a Bug)

So I'm playing as Gorgo and have a golden age, and Lautaro has declared war against me. So I have a warrior, and am trying to attack one of his scouts, and I see that his scout has a +10 versus civilizations in a golden age. This seems like a bug to me...why would I be punished because I'm in a golden age?

This is single player with no mods, and all in one session (though a couple of load the top of the turn because of mouse misclicks).

You are not punished for being in a golden age. It's the Mapuche's special ability (+10 Combat Strength bonus against civilizations that are in a Golden Age.). Probably to commemorate their struggle against the spanish empire as they set foot on the continent. IIRC, don't quote me on that, they were one of the first nation to make contact.
