Good free online games while at work

I'm into strategy and/or rpg, I want to play a game thats easy to do while bored at work and its free. Any suggestions?

I've tried it, its still in the beta. Its kinda cool if your bored. Though you have to wait 20 minutes once your out of turns...... give it a try.
