Good freeware or cheap voice changer?

I am looking for a voice changer program that I can use to alter my voice for both voice overs and VOIP/Vent chats. I would mostly like to change the pitch of my voice. Any recommendations?

Do some voice overs, maybe clown around some on TeakSpeak or Vent.
