Free-look mod? Are you talking about the flying camera mode (not mod)?

Open your civilization.ini file and look for a line that says:
; Allow Camera Flying
AllowFlying = 0

Change that to:
; Allow Camera Flying
AllowFlying = 1

Then start up a game and press CTRL-F to activate flying camera mode. I haven't played around with flying camera since the latest patch so they may have changed what keys activate it. I remember there was a problem with CTRL-F also being the worker command to build a fort. Anyone sure of the key command to activate flying camera?

It is Ctrl+Alt+F now.

BTW I have recently gotten around to downloading Fall from Heaven 2.012. I doubt I will go back to vanilla ever again. If I get tired of fantasy I may download the Sevomod 3.0 to go back. But, I am working on outlining my own personalized mod now that me and a friend are going to personalize with everything we want in it probably play it in MP together.

P.S. does anyone know if there is a good system to be able to play simultaneously then save, reload later, and pick up where we left off? Is this what Pitboss is for? I don't want to PBEM if it is one turn at a time. If anyone knows a way to save the game and come back to it so that we play at the same time I would appreciate any information that may lead me to the answer. I won't be playing online for another month or two but am not sure exactly how I will when the time comes. Thanks.
