Units, city and terrain improvements roughly 3/4 of their former cost (dont worry, the improvements/resources information is coming), the map is just a standard 10,000 sq.'s and not 32,000, and.... there will be one more change as well, however sad it is for me to report. No barb cities. This is not because they didnt function quite right, as reported by a friend who played the scenario, since all the cities made were unhappy and coulndnt produce barb units (this problem is easily fixable though), but because the city limit is 255, which is good enough, almost, considering that this is a much smaller smaller map, but if i put alot of barb nations everywhere (in the original BEAUTY map there was upwards of 130 barb cities worldwide) then at some point, if people neglect to wipe them out, they could clog up the game, which most certainly would've happened with the last map. So, for the good of the game, but sacrificing a great aspect to what should be a limitless game, they will be removed, and we must fight only with other LEGITIMATE civs.
I also found great new graphics for the fighter, bomber and stealth fighter, one of the last set of units to be left unchanged, apart from the naval set; the original ironclad, destroyer, cruiser, AEGIS and battleship which are all superbly drawn and deserve to stay.... and i also made several minor changes to units' a/d/m's and such things, so I will mail you all the corrected versions of the files, and the unit's sheets, after I scan them, which I have plenty of time to do given that this game has been ominously delayed yet again... but eamers vacation is coming to a close soon, and, anyway, it was well-deserved! (*its hard being a governmental puppet, you know, but oft the dummy acts as such until the time is ripe to yank the strings from above and work them for itself.... or maybe I was just high when I saw Pinocchio...*)
