Yes.
I will go ahead and answer here as other's may have same question.
kcd_swede and Deckhand (and others currently inactive) are GOTM Staffers; we have access to GOTM Staff forum and we create maps. But we are not Mods and don't have Mod power such as sticking threads. So, when we create a Game Announcement or a Spoiler thread, we need to wait for a moderator to move it. That is usually DynamicSpirit or AlanH (but sometimes leif helps us out). So, there is generally a delay between creating an Announcement or Spoiler thread and it being stickied.

I would have posted something when this thread had no replies but it would have been something like
"Can't remember anything anymore. Already submitted my game before any spoiler threads appeared."
However nobody cares about that so why bother.

Despite the fact that nobody cares, I'll write something anyway.
Only now I have started to realise how tough it is to go for conquest or domination, especially on higher difficulties.
Currently I'm still only preparing for war. I control about 1/3 of the continent and it's only 10%. The whole continent should be around 30%. I'm afraid that by the time I'm done with China and India, AIs on the other continent will be making SS parts...
