After 3 silvers and two bronzes in his previous 5 entries, it was great to see Cactus Pete finally getting that elusive gold medal! It was close though, with less than 1000 points separating him from Doc TK in second. EEO grabbed another medal, with bronze.

At last, the SS is mine! Thanx to the staff, time to move on to some other badge...

Yep, I managed to do the fastest domination. See if I can do it in GOTM13 again and then move on to something else. Thanks to the staff for the games and for all the results.

I noticed a special thing on my replay file. I was the first civ to settle the second city, what does not happen often in my games.

Funny was also the year, when I founded about 10 cities in the southern iceland and later, when Mali founded Moscow and Berlin

Am I unable to win a non-cultural award?
Is this a sign of the destiny that I should forget other victory conditions and concentrate on becoming the culture guru?


Enough bragging. What I really wanted to say is that GOTM12’s domination and culture dates are quite similar, which is surprising in a Prince level game. Considering the map, I really hope to see that the fastest among the fastest victories in GOTM13 is cultural.
