Set up my palace with the western Settler W,NW of the starting position and started the Worker on the Deer, then had them chop another Worker to send east on the train and help the other city, which was founded 1W of the starting location.

Santa was not very good to me - in fact I am worried I messed up in some way with the goody hut strategy. Were they clustered in some areas? My Explorer reached the end of one of the railroad spurs and wandered onwards finding nothing. My Archer had better luck and found a few huts in close proximity in the SW, but an AI Explorer was already in the area and I assume they stole some. I ended up founding Judaism and Confuciusism in 425BC and used the missionary as another goody-hut seeker too. In the end, I popped 49GP, two maps, 78GP, and Music (late). An AI must have popped Music from a hut right away because a Great Artist was born in the first few turns. I was dreaming of popping 1000 beaker techs out of huts and wonder if anyone had a run of luck with those.

At 1AD I have granaries in both cities, 3 Workers, one Settler heading to found city 3 and another about to be whipped. I'm slowly heading towards Civil Service.

I also settled the western settler for the capital, 2 E of the gold, such getting all food and all fur around. Eastern settler explored a bit via rails, found the sheep but nevertheless decided to settle in place, so marble would be in the first ring.

I missed the music GA as well. My archer found elephants in the north, so I decided to rush a settler in Washington as soon as it was on size 3 - produced a working boat before. Indeed I managed to settle between elephants and copper before Louis, though this was directly beside his capital.

I also realised, Oracle is not available any more. Capital might build GLib or Colossus. On this map, Colossus probably is more important. On the other hand, AI will build it later, because, they have no fast forges. May be I dice what to build first.

At 100 AD I have three cities and are 7 rounds away from civil service.

As for huts, I was a few rounds ahead catherine's scout in the western "hut farm", so I could get them all. Got money ( a lot, which is very good to run 100% science), one map, one warrior. Unfortunately no science except of music.
