This was a pretty slow period. Movement is pretty slow and there aren't many shields for building stuff. I did build 1 trireme in -500. I took a caravan from Babylon around the spiral to Delhi. I probably should have taken a settler along to get an advanced outpost, but I didn't. When Republic was established, Babylon was only size 2 and supporting 2 settlers. This slowed the growth of Babylon for quite a period of time.
