GOTM - Should Railroading Oceans be allowed?

Since I have decided to type out a defined set of rules, I need to know.

Will we allow the railroading of Ocean squares in GOTM 3 and later?

The way I play civ doesn't need so much trade so for me it's not necessary but if others want to do it just let them go ahead. So I vote yes.

Ha! I forgot to vote after making the poll. I vote yes also, since it is a tactic some have built in to their strat over time.

I vote yes too
mainly I use the tactic when I get say way ahead in development arounbd my home continent. I mainly use it for extra science and taxes. And I at times do play a trade based game, and sometimes I play awar game. so it'd depend on my game type. I did use ot in the previous GOTM though.

Why not? After all, it's part of the game. It may not be the way the game is intended to be played, but there is nothing wrong with using everything available in the game to win.

I'll wait for 1 or 2 days before I officially write a rule, but it appears as if railroading oceans WIll be allowed, that's not official though.
