Is it possible to trade the GPT from AIs with C3C ??
In my current game, Holland (for example) makes 7gpt since ~10 turns but I am unable to trade for them..

I try to give 130 gold for 1gpt... they don't want the trade.
I'm at the begining, no war, no trade/turn yet, so no bad rep for sure.

What's the problem here? :à/
Did they remove the gpt deals for gold to keep us breaking AIs?

The AI may be running at max research and so have no money to give you, especially true in the ancient and early Middle ages.

Yes but i see each turn their pactole going up the same amount of gold :à/
Holland makes 7gpt, russia 2gpt, portuguese 5gpt ... every turn. I don't think they trade stuff (which stuff anyway?) for exatly the same price every turn... (?)

Maybe they earn those 7 gold from other civs and know that the deal will expire in for example 18 turns. Then they won't trade them to you because they know they will end up with deficit. That's my bet I can't see any other reasons. But just wait to industrial age then you will begin to see gpt deals.
