Graphic issues

I'm getting this error when I play Civ 4 lately. I've played at least 15-20 games before and have never run into this problem

I'm a total noob when it comes to computers and hardware and such, but I have the Intel Prochip Express Chip set family or something along those lines. How can I reduce the graphic settings? What does that even mean?

I'm on BtS v3.13

I have no definitely answer. Onboard video chipsets usually have a problem runnign games. I'd try and download the newest drivers, and see if that helps. Sounds like it could be a driver issue.
