Graphics Problem

i have an LCD screen, don't know if this contributes to the problem or not, and havn't seen this problem noted on here. Anyway, the color blue does not seem to be showing up... Leader heads are invisible, well, i get teeth and eyeballs, but not face. The screen is pretty dark where water should be. Odd... anyone else experiencing this problem?
