Just installed the latest version and now when I load the game the screen resolution is set too low and the default graphics settings are all on high - my laptop only seems to be able to run this mod on low settings. I have to adjust the settings every time and then re-start - how do I change the default settings so that my screen resolution is 1220x900 and the graphics set to low?

I think the game should remember your settings once you set them again. There was an SVN change yesterday I think, that reset all of them, because an option was moved from the games options screen to the BUG options.

Correct. This should be a one-time only issue.

there is some civ 4 safe mode bs too, which resets settings on each launch if game launch takes too long or something like that, i remember having some of those issues before, i think you can turn that of in one of config files, or just make sure not to alt tab while game is loading and so on
and once you adjust settings you want, quit the game and start it again

Whenever I've had this happen before I just readjusted the settings in the options screen and the game remembered my settings - but now I have to reset the graphic settings every time which, when C2C takes such a long time to load, means constant lengthystarting and stopping and at any time the graphics settings can flip back to the 'wrong' ones.

Just realised, that it's ambiguous what you mean by 'the latest version'. Release v22 or SVN? If SVN then this is very mysterious. If latest v22 release then it will happen every time you switch between C2C and another mod (or default load BTS and THEN load C2C as a mod from the main menu). There's another post somewhere (sorry don't have a link off hand) that provides a work around. The SVN version also should not exhibit this (apart from once when you switch from v22 rleease to the latest SVN version)

Thanks - I meant v22,I'll search for that workaround. If I want to use the SVN does that download like any other mod?
