I'd say use Socrates to rush the UN in one of our wonder-less cities. Seti and the Internet can be hand built in high production cities with the fewest existing wonders.

Socrates was obviously feeling lonely as we have another Scientific Great Leader.
Archimedes was born either out of our research into Flight or as a result of that burst of knowledge that led to the instant discovery of rocketry as we entered the Modern Era.
So, Styx has a longstanding bid for Socrates and the UN, which city should get Archimedes and SETI?

I don't remember Priapos having too many wonders (I could be wrong). Perhaps it should get SETI?

Regardless of where, I'd like to keep all the wonders, where possible, in our "core" 5 cities. They are our strength and the soul of our nation! No offense to the captured cities, but they are just reminders to the other nations that they are but worms to be stepped on!
