The game speed modifiers seem to be multiplying the concert tour strength twice. This means, Great Musicians are very ineffective in Quick Speed, doing only roughtly 44% of what it's supposed to do, 225% in Epic Speed, and a whopping 900% in Marathon, as opposed to 67%, 150% and 300% respectively.
