In BNW, with 22 civs and in the modern era
the great artist could no longer create anymore great works
they did not have a name and could only start a golden age
I suppose all the names had been taken
same for the great writers
though not the great musicians
Is there a way to edit the files and make more
so that there would be more great works to create?

All great works are gone, so you can't create them anymore.

New ones can be modded in the game, though. Check the creation subforum for mods that add more works.
