I am working on a mod that will hopefully add more American Leaders to the game. I just finished the Abraham America Civilization thanks to the modders guide. I came up with the trait idea that whenever you annex a city it does not need a court house. But how would I go about doing this? Is it possible? Thanks in advance.

copy the courthouse tags and place them in the trait file? Theres also the problem that the tags may be local and not global.

I can't get it to work what is this "strategy" feild?

its a text field related to civilopedia I think. As I feared it may be a local tag which means it only works with individual cities and not for a trait which is a global variable. As an alternative you could make a new building, tie it to the civ and make it supper cheap.
