Great Wall bug with barb galleys

I possessed the Great Wall. A barbarian galley was moving near my cultural borders but never enterred them until I sent a work boat on the edge of (but still within) my borders. The barb galley then entered my culrtural borders, destroyed the work boat and moved back into neutral territory again.

i had the same situation. i figure that's because the great "wall" work only on land

working as intented. Great Wall only works against land units on the continent it was build on.

NOT on other continents, and
NOT on water.

Not to mention that it does not surround the cultural borders of any far flung/remote cities on the continent (ie any cities whose borders are not connected to the cultural borders of the city that built the Great Wall.

As noted above, note that he Great wall does not appear on any coastal tile. It only blocks off tiles that are connected to other land tiles.
