quick poll.

does anybody ever move around or swap great works manually? or does everybody simply click the swap&optimize button from time to time?

Is this supposed to be in the Congress subforum?

Anyway, sometimes I want a particular city to have faster border growth, so I move some non-capital GWs there.

Always swap and optimize from time to time. Only time I'd consider finally delving in this micro is that one altered France UA where theming bonuses counted a lot more.

I sort the cities by number of great works to see all of them without having to scroll, and swap manually. I always liked the process but I'm probably in the minority.

Doing it manually once is ok. Doing it every time you gain a great work is not. Which is why I've been asking for a lock GW function.

Swap and optimize unless I just built a big theme wonder like Louvre.

Azum suggested we should have a lock theme button, so the swap/optimize won’t tough those GW we have slotted into slots we don’t want touched and I like that.

…Shouldn’t this “quick poll” have a poll?

I do it manually when the button fails to do it correctly. Which is a reasonable amount of the time.

Manually. Usually themed culture bonuses go to coastal cities to increase their border growth rate. in which the fleet can be treated. Also, guilds are usually in coastal cities.

always manually I play with MWfVP, and I think that even without it swap&optimize doesn't work correctly. I get better yields, also I trade with AI.
