GTP Gold Per Turn Bug

I think this is a bug,

I tried to offer my Silks to Germany for 40 gold per turn. My gold prior to the trade was +9, after they accepted the trade it should have been +49.

It only went up to +12.

Is trading lux resources for gold per turn glitchy?

Can you upload a save game to others can see if they can spot any thing?
