Wait as long as you reasonably can, but once it's in the second half of the turn timer, if you have no other chance to play, you should go ahead and play (even if that means making a double move).

With the timer for this game currently at 48+ hours, everyone is getting a fair chance to play before that happens so if you've already waited more than 24 hours and it's your last chance to play, just go for it.

(Also note: no reloads at the moment since I don't have remote access to the server from here).

I logged in and started moving units before I realized Morgan had not played yet....
