Hall of Fame planet type bug

The Hall of Fame does not display planet type correctly

I have completed 3 BERT games and the planet type in the Hall of Fame is wrong on all three. Here are the three:

Should be: Fungal Tau Ceti d
Displays as: Lush Tau Ceti d

Should be: Frigid Terran
Displays as: Lush Atlantean

Should be: Primordial Atlantean
Displays as: Lush Atlantean


I won each game but the achievement for Winter is Coming (win a game on a Frigid planet) did not unlock. The achievement for The Frontier is Everywhere (win a game on a Primordial planet) did unlock.

 

[Emptiness]

The Hall of Fame shows all of my games as having taken place in the fungal biome, regardless of which biome they actually took place in.

 

[Halcyon 7]

All of my HoF listings show lush but it did not prevent me from getting the achieve at least for primordial. Have not played a game through on frigid yet.
