One minute everything is nice and blue, the next every other post is white, as are the buttons and the main page of each forum. All the white is awful hurting. 
Has the "Dark Blue" scheme changed?

I've seen it too, and I'm on the Modern CFC thing. All the text would be white on a page....very annoying. I haven't seen it in a while, though.
