Have you seen rivers flow into lakes?

Have you seen rivers flow into small lakes in your games? Similar to how the river in the screenshot below flows into a one-tile lake.

The screenshot is from a custom map script, and I'm wondering whether the same thing happens with the game's standard map scripts.

Yes, plenty of times. Ironically IRL an endorheic lake like that would be extremely salty, like the Dead Sea or Great Salt Lake. Then again, prior to some patch along the way, the Dead Sea and Lake Retba gave fresh water in game, so...

I'd seen rivers flow into inland seas and larger bodies of water, but not single-tile lakes.
