This is my first post. I just found this site, which so far looks pretty cool.
I'm having 2 problems with gameplay in Civ III.
1) When my workers irrigate a grasslands square, the food value doesn't increase from 2 to 3 afterward. This happens everywhere in my empire.
2) When looking at my capital in the main map view, it shows it's borders a fews squares out. However, when I go into my capital's city view, it's borders are 1 square "in" from what is shown on the main map. Consequently, the city's workers can't get access to work those squares. This is the first time I've seen this and none of my other cities are doing this.
Are there problems with the game or am I missing something. I've already downloaded the latest patch. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
