In CTP a common problem I have when trying to wrap up a victory is locating the last couple opponents cities. I can spend the last couple of hours of game place looking for puny cities located in the mountains or in swamps. Is there any tricks for locating them?

I guess find choke points and secure them with troops then patrol You might be looking for settlers, not cities.
