Having trouble with Summary Replay screen

hi! i'm having trouble with the sumarry replay screen. whenever i win a game the screen that's supposed to show the summary replay, with important events and screenshots of the minimap doesn't work. i'll press play and all the other buttons, but nothing. it didn't work on civ 3 gold edition or conquests when i got it. Am i doing something wrong or is there something wrong with the computer? Thanks for any help in advance!

Sometimes it just takes 30 seconds to 'start up'.. Give it time. It will only start using play, so press play and then wait...
