is there a list anywhere of all the rebel nations that are in the game? what causes some of them to be created? Why was California Facist ?

list of nations i've discovered:
California (seems to be a common one)

Flanders (very interesting)

Confederate States of America (I noticed the file while I was installing the game)

Texas (i've seen it in other peoples games)

i dont think flanders is a rebel but actually a puppet state but those are the only ones ive seen

how would one get the CSA to revolt?

If you invade the United States, you can go to "liberate nation" and set up the CSA as a puppet. Also revolters that aren't on the map to begin with
