I tried to make a mod to allow this to happen (as seen in the above thread) however, I failed.
I'm not a great modder but I think it's an idea - not sure if the technical limitations of the engine allow this, perhaps it's a hardcoded ability that won't work on non-GDR units.
Would anyone know how to make something like this?
