Hello Old Beans!
I was wondering if anyone could reskin Napoleon (or even Frederick) to look more like the Duke of Wellington, then name him 'The Duke of Wellington' or 'Sir Arthur Wesley' and add him to the English Civilzation, and give him the 'Rule Britannia' song as his theme. Oh and could his background be the Houses of Parliment?

P.S While I'm asking, could anyone make the Houses of Parliment and Big Ben as a new wonder? Oh and change the palace to look like Buckingham Palace or Hampton Court? Thanks in advance.
