When you click on Computer Talk you see the words Geek and Dummy. I am the latter.
So I have a small problem and I would like some help from you geeks. ;) Don't be mad at me, I'd love to be a computer geek, I'll probably take a class or two next year to solve my own problems in the future.

So, when I first received this computer I didn't know a lot and to be sure I didn't received anything I wouldn't want or be traced (sp?) I turned all cookies off. It worked perfectly for me as I didn't have any programs I didn't want and I didn't care. But now I can't vote on polls who use cookies (can live with that), I can't use HotMail (can live with that too, but my friends who come here would like to use it sometimes) and I have trouble with the new version of this great forum we all know and love.

I can't seem to stay logged in. After one or two minutes I have to enter my username and password again. If I stay around for an hour I can log in ten times.
I would like to be able to vote on polls, use HotMail and especially use the forum without these problems. Could somebody please help me?

A computer dummy.

Turn cookies back on and then you will be able to browse CFC without being logged out...

My bad, I forgot to write that I turned everything back the way it was when I first got this computer. All cookies are accepted and the security level is back where it was before I played with it.
Now, after everything is back like it first was, I still have troubles. That's where my knowledge stopped being usefull and I decided to post here.
