[R&F] Help building traits for my first mod

Hello everyone, I'm working on my first mod for civ 6 and as someone with little in the way of programming experience it's taking me a while to figure out the trait/modifier system. So I figured I'd post here and see if anyone can offer some advice or assistance. I'll keep plugging away at it in the mean time, but if any of you feel like helping out, that'd be great. The traits I've designed so far that need to be implemented in code are:

Civ Ability: International trade routes provide +2 Food for the target civilization, and +4 Gold for your own
Civ Unit: +5 Combat Strength when fighting on plains tiles. +2 movement in Jungle tiles. +10 Combat Strength when fighting in Friendly territory. Replaces Infantry.
Civ Improvement: +2 Food. +.5 Housing. +1 Food for each adjacent pasture. +1 Production for each adjacent Luxury Resource. (Basically an upgraded Farm, including the feudalism/replaceable parts bonuses)
Leader Ability: +2 Production in each City Center for each major civilization that has denounced you. +4 Production in each City Center for each major civilization you are at war with (This one is the most complicated. And the +4 is meant to replace/override the +2 as things escalate from denouncement to war.)

Obviously the numbers are going to have to be tuned a lot. I'm just trying to get them working first, then I can figure out the balance. If anyone who actually knows what they're doing can point me in the right direction that would be very helpful. Thanks.
