I want to make an all inclusive resort, er mod.
I have various ideas of my own and links to dozens of other mods and topics as well.
Does anybody have any suggestions on how to start this?
Do people like these kinds of mods?
Should I just give my ideas and hope they will be incorporated into others'?
Would adding everything and hence making it almost completely different from vanilla be reasonable?
How did the other people who made complex mods do it?
Did they edit the XML and python themselves?
If so I don't know how they could have enough time to do it all.
I could probably do the XML, or at least most of it, but I wouldn't know where to begin on python.
If I do do it can I appropriate from others, without permission even?
In any case how do graphics get done?
I definitely couldn't do that.
