HELP! Garbled Graphics!

God, this is the worst anything Sid Meier in history for me, yes, including CivWorld or whatever that facebook gave was.

I can not even see anything! It's all garbled graphics!

Can someone help?

Update graphics drivers, reinstall game, and we're going to need more info on your system hardware and OS.

Graphic drivers updated, my hardware is Acer Aspire 4755G laptop:

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64
Processor: Intel Core i7 2630. 2 GHz 6 MB L3 Cache.
Chipset: Intel HM65
Memory: 4GB DDR3
Graphics: NVIDIA Ge Force GT 540M Optimus

I am using Dell UltraSharp U241 as my monitor.

I have also used "verify game cache" on steam.

So far nothing.

Well you should be able to play it on that, you're probably best off contacting Firaxis' support/posting on their support forum.
