[GS] Help insert the icons (portraits) of new Great People

Hi (sorry for my english, it's not my native language) I made a set of icons (portraits) of Great People for the mod "Magnum Opus - Great Person Adjustments" (in this mod there are no icons) [links below]. Can anyone insert my icons (portraits) to this mod? I can't do it myself. For my great thanks.
I can also make more icons for other similar mods.
