[GS] Help me to understand why i dont already won the culture Victory.

Hi there,

iam pretty new but i thought i got how to win the culture victory. Robert got the second most home tourists, therefore I need to get 216+1 (217) external tourists. I've got 268 external ones, therefore more than anyone else got internal tourists.

The picture is pretty bad, it's the Netflix android version. There are two numbers above each other. I guess it's the amount of tourists that visiting me from each civilization.
I got some Rockbands touring random around and play gigs. The game keeps telling me, I almost won.

It looks like you should win when you click next turn ... is this victory type enabled?

It's a "start game" automatic game. But as the game keeps telling me I almost won the culture Victory iam pretty sure it is.
How can I check?

Unfortunately ending the turn ain't helped, right now I made some turns after this screenshot.
Iam about the same numbers for a lot of turns even before the screenshot is taken.

You should already have won the game. Sometimes the culture victory is slithering away, but should fire once you start the next turn above the required treshold, which is true in your case.

Of course the victory screen only shows once per game. If someone had won e.g. religious victory already and you simply kept on playing, another victory is not possible. Turn 398 is already quite late and either religious or diplomatic victory are sure possible before that, even science.

I just like to achieve the culture one, that's why i ain't keep pressing on the diplomatic victory.

The game also told me there is one civilization missing to be dominated.
But i can't help myself with that information. I even tried to make some more rounds and establish more culture dominance, without a victory screen appearing. It drives me nuts

I closely reread the ein condition.
It says something like in order to.dominate over a nation I need more external tourists from them than they got home tourists.

Maybe a bug? From that screenshot it looks like you should have won. I'd suspect some issue with mods, but it sounds like you're running it pretty much out of the box, so I don't know.

I've read something, that there is/was a bug if you save the game the turn before you would win will prevent you from winning.

According to the posts I had to find an old save game where I not already met the requirements and hit two turns?
