Help my Date and Time always stops in Windows XP Server Pack 2

I have Normal Installation of Windows XP Server Pack 2
I stop Windows Time Synchronization
After I turn off my PC and time time stops

Perhaps you should try not stopping WIndows Time Sync?

I Stop Windows Synchronization because it changes my time

Why would you not want it too? And check your cmos battery, it could be bad.

There is no problem in CMOS because I have dual boot
In OS 2 the time is ok even if is in Afganistan Time and it is not connected to the internet
It is not stopping even Windows Time Synchronization is not in automatic update
In Setting in the Control Panel Automatic and Started but The Time is not Stopping

I want to know how in my 1 OS use internal time and not dependent on the Internet?
The Windows Time Synchronization does not stop controlling my time and my other OS is fine
