Help Needed

Alright, I am an experienced(pretty good) player and I have one question.

Here is the setup. My friend and I have been battling against other nations for a while and I am always the decoy. This means that I(without my will) get attacked by everyone. The latest game was the most rediculous. I took half the map, Inca and Greek. His part was to take Japan and Germany. I purposley put it that way because I was sick of this setup.

I was attacking the Inca when, out of nowhere, the nation that my friend was still atttacking came over and invaded me. He was taking towns of theirs as they marched into my territory to take mine. Does this make sense.

I always get resistance in everything I do in that game. He never gets any and he plays against the toughest of the nations.

Is this how the game is supposed to work, attack me while he is attacking them. Or does the game just hate me.

This is quite normal. If you two are allied, obviously the nation will come attack you too.

Make sure you are always well defended.

just set you enemies against eachother (takes a while usually to get them going all out), and come in during to cool down phase when they have killed off eachother's armies and take over in a blitzkreig, if your friend is too slow to act move in on his part of the deal as well to give him some help on the offensive, then once everthing has settled you have just taken over a good chunk of the map (it works for me)
