hello one of my friends had a civilization game in the 90's some time i cant remember the year or even the game i would like to go out and buy it and all i really can remember from the game is that there were elephants that the worriers or hunters could hunt i dont know if that gives very much information for any of you to tell me what one it was but thats all i can really remeber...

anyways i hope one of you can tell me which civilization game it was

I think you are thinking of Microsoft's Age of Empires. It was very different from civ because it was a real time game, rather than turn based. Also, units and fighting in AoE was more graphic oriented than in Civ (at least civ 2)>
