Help please!!!!!! some problems with my computer!

Hi

something is wrong with my computer> i know dont know why but it seems like the settings just all jumbled there selfs>

first the key board is crazy caps are happening all the time< only way to stop caps is turn caps lock on! when ever i press keys like !@#>":? it always picks the top option no matter what>

i cant select anything on the computer< if i try and select something on the desk top it selects everything before it>

the scrolly thing on my mouse wont work

crlt alt delete wont work

the windows button wont work> i have to use alt tab which is still working>

everytime i open a link to get somewhere on the internet a new page opens this means right now i have one page open for when i opened the net one for the civfantics main page one for the forums one for this forum and one for this page>

i cant right select anything to look at my propeities ect

and other crazy things

i am scaning virus but it dosent seem to help
