help please

I have looked everywhere but I can't seem to find an editor that'll let me edit the map of a regular saved game. Do anyone know where I can find one or if someone is planning on writing a program like that? Thanks.

My Civ3MultiTool can exprt the map, then you can edit it in civ3edit, and import it back to the save.
