Help Please

I just downloaded Spy Sweeper to get rid of all the spy ware I had (64 and 190 traces).
So, the program quarantined Messanger Plus! 2, not the messanger, the Plus! 2..wich is spyware.
I restarted my PC and suddenly the computer says that Messanger Plus! 2 hasn't been correctly installed so it opens the browser and directs me to the Plus! website.
How can I make this stop????
I already tried deleting the Messanger Plus! 2 file but it tells me that I can't because I don't have acces to it.

Is it possible to restore the file, and then uninstall Messenger Plus! 2?
