60 is plenty. For national elections with millions of voters you also only ask a lot less than 1% of the voters.I would hardly call that a plural scientific pollwith only 60 somethin votes.
Maybe it's not bugged or broken, but it can be very easily abused, like declaring war to stifle expansion and ignoring the SODs and going straight for the lightly defended cities. This is not a problem in wildmana though, just in the recent versions of base ffh.
