Help useing mods

I have been haveing a hard time accessing the mod systems and I would like to know how to start these mod programs up the only I know how to use is World Builder but I can't start the other ones up.

If you want to play mods that other people have created, you can launch them via Main Menu -> Advanced -> Load a mod.
