Could someone please tell me what each of these things are caused by and possible solutions? I am talking about when you click on the unhappy person and they tell you why they are unhappy. I can figure out some of them like overcrowded but I have no idea how to fix half of em or what they mean! Please HELP!

That would be the consequences of Forced Labor. B/c forced labor (Hurrying Production in Despot/Communism) gives a looong penalty, your citizens were contented with luxuries and/or no war until you did go to war, so they were no longer content.
"hell no we won't go" is the overuse of the draft.
