Help! Will this processor work with this motherbord?!?

I need to know if these two will combine since the PC the guy is selling won't come with a processor, yet i am set on using the FX-55

Hmm, im just wondering if i should get this and a intel processor and save myself a lot of hassel?

Will it be better than the setup suggested in other thread?
