As a first civ6 modding attempt of mine I have been unsuccessfully trying to create a mod to replace 5 civ icons (in this case: England, Inca, Mali, Maori and Phoenicia). Alas the mod, while it builds up correctly, does not work.
So out of frustration and desperation I have come here to ask for help. If anyone could either figure out the issue or just point me in the right direction I would be extremelly grateful.
