Help with adding a civ

I'm need some help with adding a civ (It's Austria, the bonus one already on the game) and would appreciate anyone filling me in on how to do it. I edited the pediaIcons already but I don't know exactly what to do next. I'm sorry for being computer illiterate but I would think that the mac gurus here should know what to do. thanks again

Don't know if it can be done without the editor, which didn't ship w/ C3C.
